Email is the number 1 channel of communication and 98% of consumers check their emails every day. This is why email marketing should be made one of your top priorities. It is the most effective way of keeping your relationship with your clients/customers alive.

Use it to promote your business, develop and maintain relationships and this will boost sales and customer loyalty.

When internet users were asked if they prefer to receive emails about promotions or see pop up ads across the internet, they chose emails.

Compared to digital marketing, email marketing is by far cheaper and it has the quickest return on investment. Think about it, for social media ads/posts to work well; especially if you don’t already have a large following, you have to pay for your ad or post to be boosted and even then you are not guaranteed that those seeing it will take any action other than to close it or scroll past it.

You can lose the money invested in email marketing as well but that’s mostly for those who buy an email list. An organic email list; a list made up of people who have given permission or requested to receive more information about your business or brand is the way to go. You don’t need to do a course or go back to school to properly and effectively use email marketing, compared to digital marketing. You may have to hire or consult with digital marketing experts and keep up with what’s trending in that section of the world in order to see it work for you.
